1. Who we are
This website is operated by MS Energy Solutions Kft. ("we", "us"), the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at ms@ms-energy.org. Company registration number 10-09-027697, tax number 14030725-2-10, EU VAT HU14030725.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact enquiries. If you email us or use a contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps toward a possible working relationship.
- Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and how you arrived). This helps us improve the site. Analytics does not run until you accept it.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies before you consent. When you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. We also store your cookie choice on your device so we do not ask again.

4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR) to respond to enquiries you send us.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms as our processor; they forward the name, email address and message to our inbox and do not use them for any other purpose. The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact ms@ms-energy.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).

You can change your cookie choice at any time using the link in the footer of any page.
